These were taken earlier this month at my aunt and uncle's house in Black Canyon City. This is my Aunt Nancy, my late Grandmother Julie's sister. I was tearing up behind the camera thinking about my Grandma and how she didn't get to meet my daughters. She passed away when I was 4 months pregnant with Lulu. Oh how she would have loved them! She had 6 boys and wished girls upon everyone. She told me I was having a girl and 2 weeks after she passed we found out that she was indeed right! Oh how I miss her.

that made me shed a tear. oh how i miss my grandma. i think the same, wouldn't she have loved carver and that he was named after her? sweet memories of those before us.
