career, interrupted

I was recently laid off (shocker!) after working at that company for over 5 years. I had a good gig, only working Tuesday through Thursday, with decent pay. But such is life...right? I'll take away with me some lifetime friendships, something I will always be grateful for my time there. I wasn't quite ready to embark on new things but apparently God has other plans for me. Its thrilling and scary to see what's next. In the meantime, I'm going to learn to budget, finish some projects, search for other work but most of all enjoy my time home with my two favorite girls.
