A good friend gave me this book for Luisa. She LOVES this book. Its as if we finally let her in on the biggest secret to life-everyone poops. This book is hilarious. I thought for a sec Mr. Hankey* would make an appearance and say "Hiddy Ho!"
Its been about a month now since we started potty training and while I have yet to say she is "fully trained" (a term I detest anyway since its sounds like something you say about your new puppy) she has got it down pretty well. She has had a few accidents, even one public one and a poop-in-my-hand-in-the-tub-and-hand-it-to-you incident. Other than that she goes in the toilet all by herself. We are so proud, but mostly happy we don't have to buy her diapers anymore ;)

Good for her! Well, Sam pooped in his pants today, and he's been potty training for a loooong time, so I hope it's a shorter road for you! I'll have to get that book ;)
ReplyDeleteI forgot about this book! I need to get my hands on it! Layla is doing great with the potty training, but my poor Lily is still a little afraid to poop in the potty. . .I will get the book tomorrow!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that book too! We don't have it though...maybe we should since Suki is still having trouble with pooping in the potty! I love that shirt that Lulu is wearing...she looks so good in that color.
